We have spent many years developing suspension technologies and providing bespoke solutions to a wide variety of industries. Our three key rubber suspension technologies were initially designed exclusively for use in suspension systems before being utilised as torque dampers. Our high-density rubber inserts (R-flex insert) offer exceptional value for money due to their simple, yet highly robust, construction. Our semi bonded rubber suspension units (R-flex semibond) offer all of the benefits of a full-fill construction whilst still being affordable. Finally, our fully bonded rubber suspension units (R-flex fullbond) offers a full-fill construction capable of dealing with heavy duty applications in the toughest environments.
All of our axles are available with or without stub axle or hub. The hub can be unbraked or braked using standard, auto-reverse or hydraulic/mechanical brakes. Our R-flex semibond units also feature a support bush which travels around the shaft at the drop arm end, this is inserted into the end of the tube and helps maintain the position of the shaft and wheel alignment. R-flex semibond and fullbond units can also be supplied with a splined centre shaft and drop arm, giving easy adjustment of ride height.
