We will invariably produce prototypes in order to validate designs, methoding, tooling, assembly and performance of a given product and its application. We have the capability to form our own internal resources or from a tried and tested cohort of specialist sub-contractors to produce the correct hardware solution for a range of suspension and damping applications from our core range of suspension technologies. The processes employed are exercised from a fully equipped engineering workshop employing modern multi-axis machining centres, NC press tools and punches, laser technology and quality control utilising up to date sampling practices under an recognised ISO quality system. Rubber content is controlled and determined using established laboratory techniques and sampling to international standards and this is monitored and controlled by project or batch (whichever is appropriate).
When working on specialist applications bespoke rubber compound mixes are developed to determine the specific performance characteristics required and these continue to increase the historical reference library retained by the company. At all phases of a project our engineers control the total processes using formal project management techniques in order to realise the specific solution required by the customer.
