A simple but extremely robust, easy to fit and highly effective assembly based on high density rubber inserts which progressively compress as load increases giving a long and maintenance free working life.

In comparison with independent suspension units, full track axles can form part of the structure of a chassis and the stub axles are aligned with each other during production (tracked) allowing for very quick installation. Our rubber insert suspension axles provide great value for money being a well designed and engineered customer driven product.

A galvanised finish is available upon request, which is in accordance with the new European Standard BS EN ISO 1461.

Variations

Our rubber suspension axle systems can be supplied with/without stub and hub (hub can be braked/unbraked using standard, auto-reverse, hydraulic or mechanical brakes).
