Our technologies are our pride and joy. We’ve developed them over many years and are still developing them even today. That’s why we love showcasing them at the Caravan & Camping show at the NEC in Birmingham.
This year our focus was on our brand new kneeling axle technology and showing customers exactly how innovative and useful it can be when loading to a trailer – whether part of a trailer designed by Peak Dynamics or even fitted to another trailer unit. The precision calculated pivot points make the unit exceptionally efficient at loading and an abundance of tie down points ensure that any load being transported remains stable and secure.
The interest we received in our kneeling axles was astonishing and was beyond what we could have expected over the few days we were exhibiting. Customers mentioned the very common problem of loading and transporting a motorbike or small vehicle when travelling long distances and how the kneeling axle technology completely alleviates the problem for them. The solid construction of the technology itself also arose, with the units capable of dealing with a range of load sizes and weights.
Our favourite remark that came up though is the inevitable “why has nobody thought of this before?” It always reminds us that this technology is not evolutionary, simply improving the design of something existing, but revolutionary – a whole new idea that can truly solve a very common problem encountered by lots of people worldwide.
