Our rubber suspension units can be included in tracked vehicles in a variety of different suspension uses including both fixed and compensatory suspension systems and in series configurations. While offering a modest cost solution when compared to classic coil based suspension systems, they add significant value and improved performance to track integrity and tension characteristics.

When used in harsh environments, such as snow grooming, semi or fully bonded rubber suspension units have the unique advantage of being completely encased within their shell and being comprised of one full-form piece of rubber. They are resistant to harsh weather, particulate ingress and temperature change and have no moving parts, making them a highly reliable component in the tracked vehicle system.

Alongside our innovative technologies, we offer a bespoke design service, meaning tracked vehicle manufacturers are able to work in partnership with engineering experts in developing and prototyping a solution which solves the problems encountered, yet does not over-engineer and incur unnecessary costs. Our experts can find solutions for various space, volume, budget and load requirements, producing the perfect bespoke solution for the customer.
