All of our ground loading axles are hand-built in the UK. The key to their effectiveness is the pivot point on which the whole construction relies. It has been precisely calculated for maximum efficiency and makes loading heavy items considerably easier. For example, to load 1 tonne to the trailer, your lift system would only need to lift 50kg. We then add on our own high-density rubber suspension units for unrivalled ride stability and safety and attach a self-supporting chassis with 80 tie-down points.


  • When loading heavy items such as cars, motorbikes or pallets the low access angle requires less effort, meaning easier loading.
  • Our own rubber suspension units installed on the axles provides a smooth ride with suspension that you can depend on.
  • The trailers incredible 20:1 advantage pivot point makes it exceptionally efficient. This becomes a 40:1 advantage when using double belts.
  • The forces needed to lift the trailer are spread out over the length of the chassis, meaning the electric lift used is considerably smaller and more efficient than a hydraulic system. (Maximum load = 2 tonnes per axle)
