Fully Bonded Welded Arm Rubber Suspension Units
Our fully bond welded arm suspension units offer the trailer manufacturer a cost effective solution for light trailers with a gross weight capacity of 250-425kg whilst taking full advantage of the fully bonded principle. These units are very easy to handle and store which gives the trailer manufacturer the opportunity to stock them and respond quickly to any order requirements.
Construction
Fully bonded rubber suspension technology comprises of a central shaft surrounded by a metal case. High density rubber is then bonded to the outer casing as well as the central shaft and completely fills the space between the metal casing and metal shaft, giving it a full-fill construction.
Variations
Fully bonded welded arm suspension units are available with or without stub axle/hubs and standard mounting plates are available for 250 and 425kg suspension units to assist attachment to the trailer chassis.
