Construction

Our high-density rubber insert technology (R-flex insert) comprises of a central shaft and a metal case, which may be galvanised upon request. Four pretensioned high density rubber inserts are then placed between the two. When the force of loading is applied to the unit, the high density rubber compress within the casing and thus provide suspension. The rubber inserts are engineered to specific load deflection characteristics and provide a reliable and predictable suspension solution giving a long service life.

Variations

R-flex insert systems can be supplied with/without stub and hub (hub can be braked/unbraked using standard, auto-reverse, hydraulic or mechanical breaks)
